Vitalis Nutrition Designs ("Vitalis") both respects and recognizes the need for privacy when sharing personal information. We have created this policy to assist you in making an informed decision about sharing such information with us.

Collection Method
Vitalis collects personal data when you register for our newsletter and when you otherwise provide such information voluntarily. Information provided from newsletter registration may be combined with information gathered from personal consultations, surveys, workshops and seminars.

How we use personal information

• We may use personal information to provide the services and products that meet our clients needs
• We may use such information to further customize the content of our services and any associated advertising.
• We may also use personal information for auditing, research, and analysis purposes in order to expand and improve Vitalis' products and services

Sensitive and non-personal information
"Sensitive information" is that which can identify you as an individual and may be related to confidential medical history, family history and background, ethnic origin, personal beliefs and sexuality. At no time will sensitive information be revealed to third party interests or affiliations.

"Non- personal information" is that which may be grouped so that it no longer reflects or resembles a personal identity. This information may be be shared with third party affiliations for research and statistic purposes only.

At present Vitalis is an independent company with no third party affiliations. In the event that such an affiliation is created, you will be notified by email and any changes to this policy will be available to you in print.

Your options
Vitalis makes every effort to ensure individuals' feel comfortable when providing us with personal information. In most cases, your answers are voluntary and where possible we provide choices for you.
